POSSESSION THE RIGHTEOUSNESS OF GOD WITH SALVATION.

All through the Scripture, righteousness and salvation have always been a pair.

They are inseparable in the life of any true child of God (Romans 10:9-10).

With genuine salvation comes the righteousness of God because Christ was made a replacement for our unrighteousness:

“For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him”

(2 Corinthians 5:21).

When sinners believe the Lord, repent and sincerely turn away from their sins, they get a genuine experience of salvation; the Spirit of God bears witness in their hearts that they are now children of God and the righteousness of Christ is imputed unto them.

To possess the righteous nature of God, therefore, you must begin by responding to the call to salvation.

The call to salvation is a call to righteousness; a call to begin a holy walk with God through faith (Ephesians 2:8).

It is after repentance from sin and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ has been established that the manifestation of the righteousness of God as proof of the validity of one’s salvation is revealed.

The experience of salvation gives one the strength, the grace and the power to be able to live righteously.

Living a righteous life will remain impossible until salvation happens. Once a sinner gets converted, the Lord makes His strength and grace available.

Through Christ, he is able to overcome temptation and stand strong in the face of opposition.

Thanks, and God bless you all.
