Jesus loves you so much and did die for you willingly.
He knew exactly, what was going to happen to himself, down to every fine detail.
Nothing he, or God does is by coincidence.
All things are predestined by them both.
When Jesus was praying so hard in the garden of Gethsemane, the night before he was crucified, he was sweating like drops of blood because he knew what was about to happen.
And being in agony, He prayed more intently, and His sweat became like drops of blood, falling down on the ground.
When he cried out on the cross,
My God, my God, why have you forsaken me, he was not asking a question, He was fulfilling Bible prophecy.
Let’s take a look at Psalm twenty two, verse one, to verse twenty one.
It Said, My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me, Why are You so far from helping Me, and from the words of My groaning. My God, I cry in the daytime, but You do not hear, and in the night sea son, and am not silent.
But You are holy, enthroned in the praises of Israel. Our fathers trusted in You, they trusted, and You delivered them, They cried to You, and were delivered, they trusted in You, and were not ashamed.
But I am a worm, and no man, a reproach of men, and despised by the people.
All those who see Me ridicule Me, they shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying, He trusted in the LORD, let Him rescue Him, let Him deliver Him, since He delights in Him, But You are He who took Me out of the womb, You made Me trust while on My mother’s breasts.
I was cast upon You from birth, From My mother’s womb You have been My God.
Be not far from Me, for trouble is near, for there is none to help, Many bulls have surrounded Me, strong bulls of Bashan have encircled Me.
They gape at Me with their mouths, like a raging and roaring lion. I am poured out like water, and all My bones are out of joint, My heart is like wax, its has melted within Me.
My strength is dried up like a potsherd, and My tongue clings to My jaws, You have brought Me to the dust of death.
For dogs have surrounded Me, the congregation of the wicked has enclosed Me. They pierced My hands and My feet, I can count all My bones.
They look and stare at Me. They divide My garments among them, and for My clothing they cast lots.
But You, O LORD, do not be far from Me, O My Strength, hasten to help Me, Deliver Me from the sword, My precious life from the power of the dog.
Save Me from the lion’s mouth and from the horns of the wild oxen. You have answered Me.
Paul was also trying to make us understand this in Philippians chapter two, verse five, to verse eleven.
He Said, let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, though He was God, He did not think of equality with God as something to cling to.
Instead, He gave up His divine privileges. He took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. W
He appeared in human form, He humbled Himself in obedience to God, and died on the cross. T
God elevated Him to the place of highest honor and gave Him the Name above all other names, that at the name of Jesus, every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the Glory of God our Father.
This is our Faith, Jesus is God in the flesh, and we are saved by our Faith in Him.
He became human and made His home among us. H
was full of unfailing Love and Faithfulness, And we have seen His Glory, The Glory of The Father’s One and only Son.
The coming of Jesus in the flesh has bring about the Hope of Resurrection, and if Jesus had not come, we would not have that Hope at all.
Jesus has redeemed us from sin and all unrighteousness, and He has restored our broken relationship with God. J
is our blessed redeemer, and is full of unfailing love and faithfulness.
He gives grace to the humble heart, unmerited forgiveness and pardon, and He remembers our sin no more, amen, thank you Jesus, thank you Lord.
Appreciation to big mama.
May the good Lord continue to bless you, Amen
